We buy, transport, saw, assemble, and deliver our own product. Our pallet heat treatment kilns are state of the art, taking care of all your export shipping requirements.

New pallets are manufactured from stock produced on a re-saw mill line that incorporates a de-duster to remove unwanted sawdust. Tico's pallet manufacturing process uses only the finest pallet grade hardwood on the market. You can be assured that your product will be free of bark, insects, and sawdust. The lumber that Tico purchases and saws is produced right here in Missouri and southern Iowa. We know our vendors personally, and have long standing business relationships with them.

Used pallets, both repaired or re-manufactured, are the core of Tico's pallet manufacturing operation. With pallet recycling trailers spotted throughout the Midwest, and our fleet of 12 road semi-tractors, we have a consistent supply of pallet cores to disassemble and repair. Tico has high speed, dependable, pallet recycling equipment, and talented employees trained to operate it. The end result is an abundant supply of used material to remanufacture pallets to fit our customers specifications and shipping needs. Pallet assembly is made easy with our two late model Rayco "Edge" nailing machines. One operator is all it takes to assemble your pallets to fit your specific shipping needs. We build and deliver partial or trailer load quantity shipments every day. Let us have your order, and we'll be happy to make arrangements to warehouse and deliver you pallets "just in time". This saves your company floor space for something other than pallet storage. Drop trailer shipments are also available if that's your specific need.
